Singapore’s leading crypto platform hires its first chief information security officer to lead cybersecurity protection and information risk management

In 2021, Singapore leading crypto platform, Coinhako reported a 1000 percent increase in trading volume in the year and the platform experienced an increase of over 800% in the average number of users trading on Coinhako.
With this trajectory, Coinhako’s outlook towards the current and projected growth rate is positive and it remains committed to having security as its top priority. To ensure the most stringent cybersecurity protocols, Coinhako welcomes Pasi Koistinen to its senior leadership team. Pasi joins the Coinhako team to serve as the company’s first Chief Information Security Officer.

Pasi brings to Coinhako decades of experience in the cybersecurity industry, having a stellar record in structuring security protocols and developing frameworks for protection against systemic risks. Most recently, Pasi served as the Strategy Lead Consultant at Ensign InfoSecurity. He also co-founded two cybersecurity companies, Cyber Intelligence House and Silverskin Information Security.
